Description
The StarLink Premium 2.0 Charger is the new charger for Genesis AI mRIC or RIC RT hearing aids.
Charging:
It is recommended that you fully charge your hearing aids before using them.
To charge your hearing aids simply;
1.Plug your charger into an external power source (the indicator lights will turn white when your charger is connected). You’re now ready to charge.
2.Place your hearing aids in the charging slot:
• The right indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you insert the right hearing aid.
• The left indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you
insert the left hearing aid.
• Rest the earbuds or earmolds in the open earbud/earmold
space. Your hearing aids will turn OFF and start charging.
The StarLink Premium 2.0 Charger can either be open or closed while charging
StarLink Premium 2.0 chargers let you charge hearing aids cordless or plugged into an external power source.
How to use:
To use the StarLink Premium 2.0 , simply place your hearing aids into the open earbud space. The devices will automatically switch off when placed inside the charger.
You are able to check the charging status of your hearing aids using the indicator lights on the inside of the charger as shown below.
Compatibility:
The StarLink Premium 2.0 is compatible with the new Genesis AI mRIC or RIC RT hearing aids.
Please note this device isNOTcompatible with Starkey custom aids which are fitted with custom moulds. For custom/ITC/ITE aids, we recommend the Starkey StarLink Custom Charger 2.0

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated in the product description.)
- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.
Aftercare
We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their warranty lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids include online (remote care) or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other fittings of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if needed.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.
The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Consultation
We value a pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. We will ask for a recent hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.
Fitting
When you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to make sure that they sound clear and natural and if needed to book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.
Reprogramming
You are covered with free reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids in our clinic in London, or online, through remote care over their warranty period. Your hearing aids must be Bluetooth enabled if you wish to receive remote care support.
