How do I access HR connect? ›

Navigate to doehrconnect.custhelp.com and select the Employee Log In button. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer or Chrome. Also available on your mobile device! Enter your DOE/Windows User Name and Password.

The goal of HR Connect is to provide State employees with information that is both informative and useful in a format that is easy to read and navigate.

KP employees can print their W-2s from the HRconnect website. If the employee no longer works for KP and/or have moved and didn't receive their W-2, they can call the National HR Service Center at 1-877-457-4772 to request a duplicate. The website is https://hrconnect.kp.org/wps/myportal/hr .
