@BofA_Help I’ve called 5x about CC push notifications not coming through on my phone and CC alerts history not showing up on my online banking sight. No one has helped me or sent me to tech to help me. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

@BCBrownell @BankofAmerica It’s not the pay. It’s the garbage culture. I took a five figure pay cut to leave that toxic cesspool seven years ago. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

@BCBrownell @BankofAmerica They pay $21 an hour minimum now. However, they use awful and worthless metrics to decide staffing and don’t actually want to hire people because it’s expensive.

@BankofAmerica I’m not receiving CC push notifications or online CC use. No CC alerts are showing up either on my online account. Can someone help me? I’ve called 4x today and every person has made a “note”. No action has been taken. Frustrating and unacceptable.

@BofA_Help Here are a few ?s why do I keep avg $50k monthly balance & get subpar service, feel hassled to access my $ & need a smartphone to get a code to get my $? Don’t say my safety. BOA is FDIC insured. I have US passport, state DL, BOA debit and CC. 5 major banks within 4 blocks.

@BankofAmerica I went to a Bank of America which I have been banking with since 2015 to purchase a cashier check for $10,000 to pay toward down payment for my home, to my greatest surprise the cashier and a white lady names jeni, who is the banking floor operation manager I guess
